Cookies

1.  This website sets performance cookies. These cookies collect information about how visitors use a website, for instance which pages visitors go to most often, and if they get error messages from web pages. These cookies don’t collect information that identifies a visitor. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. It is only used to improve how a website works.

2.  This website also sets targeting cookies. These cookies are used to deliver adverts more relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement as well as help measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaign. They are usually placed by advertising networks with the website operator’s permission. They remember that you have visited a website and this information is shared with other organisations such as advertisers. Quite often targeting or advertising cookies will be linked to site functionality provided by the other organisation.  For example, if you are logged into your Facebook account, every page you visit that contains a Facebook ‘Like’ button sends the fact that you’ve visited that page back to Facebook, which can use this information to make sure you only see advertisements on Facebook which are relevant to your interests. This occurs whether you decide to ‘Like’ the page or not.

3.  You can restrict or block cookies that are generated from our website using your browser settings, but please be aware that actions taken to block or restrict cookies could impair the functionality of the website.

Privacy

During the checkout process we will collect your name and contact details (which may include a postal address, telephone number and email address).  This information is collected for the sole purpose of processing your order and will not be passed on to any third party, except in cases where we are required to do so to satisfy legal requirements, for example in the case of a criminal investigation.

You have the option to store your details in our secure website database by registering on this website.  This is not compulsory and if you do your details will not be passed on to any third party except in cases as described above.

We may occasionally send out marketing emails to request feedback, or to let you know about promotions or new products in the shop. However you will be able to opt out of receiving further emails by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email communication.

Cancellations, Returns and Exchanges

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a seven day right to cancel your order and return certain goods and services. Due to the nature of our products we are only able to accept returned goods that are unused, unopened and in their original packaging before a refund can be authorised. When a refund has been approved we will also refund the original post and packaging costs.

If you are returning items we ask you to ensure that the items are packaged securely. If we receive incomplete, damaged or used items we may make further reductions to the amount we refund to you. We do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us, however if you can show proof of postage (you can request this from the Post Office free of charge) then we may offer a refund.

If a parcel sent from us to you has arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. If you can include a photo of the damage that would be appreciated.  We may ask you to return the goods and damaged packaging in order for us to investigate further, in which case a refund for the return postage will be given. Please ensure that you secure the package when returning it to us. Your products will be replaced or refunded according to your wishes.

Due to the nature of our goods we will not issue exchanges except under the circumstances described above. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are believed to have been used, or are not in their original condition (for example if a lip balm has melted because it was left near a heat source). These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.
