Oats are grown and pressed in Sweden.  The oil is then refined in the U.K.

Properties:

Oat kernel oil is extracted from whole oat kernels.   It is high in anti-oxidants, particulary Vitamin E, with moisturising, softening and soothing properties, making it a great ingredient for replenishing and restoring chapped lips.
