not tested on animals (nor are any of the ingredients)

The company was founded by husband and wife, Anthony and Lilian Barker. Our aim is to establish a sustainable and ethical business that contributes to the community.

At Fairfield Gardens, we believe that a relationship with nature is essential to our health and well-being. In today's world synthetic chemicals are everywhere – from the food that we eat, to the clothes that we wear, and even the air that we breathe. In most cases these chemicals are unnecessary, with natural substances able to achieve the same, and sometimes better, results. Fairfield Gardens is our contribution to redressing that balance by creating simple yet effective skincare products made using 100% natural ingredients. We try to extend this philosophy to our packaging – where we use recycled, recyclable, reusable or biodegradable materials.

Everything is handmade and individually packaged by hand. This means that we can give each product a level of attention that simply cannot be achieved in large commercial lines. We are very proud of our products, and hope that you enjoy them too!

Taking care of your Fairfield Gardens products

As with all personal care products, following a few simple rules will help to keep the product in its optimum condition for longer:

Store products out of direct sunlight (e.g. not on a windowsill);
Keep products away from sources of heat (e.g. a radiator);
Keep the lids on products when not in use;
Once opened keep soap in a drained soap dish - don't allow the soap to sit in water;
Ensure that hands or utensils are clean before handling products (e.g. body butter, face masks);
Do not add water to any of the products (unless directed to do so).
